MAJOR DUTIES:工作描述
Design, document and support the build of electrical and controls of mechanical drives. Develop electrical designs to meet customers’ requirements or for prototype or development machines.
完成机械驱动的电气控制部分的设计及文件编写。按客户的要求或原创进行电气设计。
To assist in planning, organizing, co-ordinating and implementing projects in timely manner to ensure schedules and customers’ requirements are met.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: 主要职责
Designs electrical components and systems for projects and products.
按照项目或产品的要求，设计电气元件及系统。
Develops detailed design drawings and specifications for electrical equipment and controls using AutoCad and other computer-assisted drafting equipment.
开发详细的设计图和说明书为电气设备，运用CAD或其他电脑辅助工具绘制设备图。
Reads, understands, and acts upon electrical drawings including piece part and assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, schematic drawings, work instructions, and procedures.
阅读、理解并按电路图（包括零件图、线路图、示意图、工作操作指南及程序）操作。
Ensures all drawings, bills of materials, purchase requisitions and quality checks are completed as per project schedule and ISO 9001:2008 processes.
确保所有的绘图、材料单、请购单及质量检查按照项目时间表和ISO 9001:2008体系已完成。
Conducts Design Reviews to analyze specifications, sketches, drawings, ideas, and related data to assess factors affecting electrical component designs and the procedures and instructions to be followed.
参与完成设计方案的内部评审，分析评估计划书、草图、图纸、概念和相关资料对电气设计的影响及改善。
Supports manufacturing, assembly, de-bug, and customer buy-off.
协助制造、装配、排除故障和客户终验收。
Writes technical reports, manuals and technical support documentation.
撰写技术报告、手册、技术支持文件。
Determines manufacturing methods, techniques, and procedures as required to perform electrical tasks to ensure designs perform to specification.
按已确定制造方案、技术、程序执行电气任务，确保按计划书执行。
Designs test fixtures and setups as needs arise.
按需要设计测试装置并组装。
Provides technical support and instruction to staff and customers regarding electrical equipment standards and troubleshooting.
提供技术支持、指导员工并向客户解答电气设备标准、解决设备故障。
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: 任职资格
Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent degree in a related technical field.
电气自动化及相关专业毕业。
3 to 5 years relevant experience in control systems design, preferably in the industrial automation or related field with exposure across various industries.
从事电气控制系统设计工作至少3-5年，有工业自动化及相关领域工作经验。
Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical drawings describing electrical designs.
具有设计水平，对工具了解，能精确绘制电气设计图。
Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to design and production.
有实际应用电气理论知识的能力，包括应用原理、技术、程序、设备去设计生产。
Ability to work independently in designing and liaising with customers on technical specifications and requirements.
在设计方面有独立工作的能力，并能独立处理客户技术需要。
At least 3 year experience of Siemens PLC 200, 300 and Servo control.
3年以上西门子PLC 200,300以及伺服控制经验。
At least 3 year experience of Rockwell rslogix 5000 and Servo control.
3年以上Rockwell rslogix 5000 以及伺服控制经验。
Mitsubishi PLc control experience is preferred.
最好能有日本三菱PLC的控制经验。
Effective written and oral communication skills and bilingual in English and Mandarin.
在英语和汉语方面，有书面和口头上有较好的交流能力。
