manufacturer of spring products. They are a full-range supplier of standard
springs, bespoked springs and wire and strip components. Lesj?fors has 13
production sites across Europe and the China site has seen a steady increase
since the establishment in 2002.

recruiting an Operation Manager to Changzhou
The role/responsibility
As the Operation Manager you will handle all questions regarding the
production, quality control, logistics, warehousing and also other internal
issues. The responsibility is to make decisions on operational level and to make sure that the day-to-day production operation is working efficiently by make
production plans and calculations. Today the Chinese Unit has a turnover of 120
million RMB and the total amount of employees is around 100 people.
Experiences and personal
qualities
To succeed
in the role you have 5-10 years manufacturing and production management experience
in China, you know issues concerning a factory in China and its employees. You
have a strong character and leadership skills, you should be able to work the
production floor as well as behind a desk.
You are a Chinese
with excellent English communication skills in both writing and speaking, and
you have a broad business understanding for Western as well as Chinese
cultures. Previous experiences from Western companies are highly preferred.
Your
technical background is strong and if you have experience from springs, metal
components manufacturing industry it is a great advantage. Further more you
have a quality and cost-effective approach and you are also detail-oriented,
Six Sigma experiences are valued, as well as a 5S management approach and you need to be familiar
with ERP system.
