职位描述：
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in safety, environment and health or related field.
2. Minimum 6 years of work experience in EHS management in multi-natinal companies. Preferred in chemical plant.
3. Good computer skills, familiar with CAD，Word，Excel，Power point and software programs etc..
4. Highly motivated self-directed individual able to manage multiple tasks, projects. And Have a working knowledge of EHS regulations and requirements or learn and adopt new EHS knowledge/tools quickly from internal and external resources.
5. Prefer EHS certification and strong ability to work under pressure.
Strong oral and written communication skill in English.
6. Prefer EHS certification. Communicate with all levels in organization for proper implementation of EHS policy with patient and positive manner.
7. Possess a thorough knowledge of health, safety, and environmental theories, processes, practices, governmental regulations and requirements.
8. Experience with EHS management systems such as ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 or other related EHS management systems is an advantage.

Job descriptions:
1. Focus on Environment Protection/Behavior Based Safety/General Safety/PPE management.
2. Familiar and comply with national/local regulations/laws/codes/standards on chemical management and environment.
3. Maintain and updated and train procedures and standards by Suzhou site EHS management systems in compliance with national laws/regulation and local codes as well as Global requirement.
4. Routinely track site key risk status, assess the control and maintaining and updating environment and chemical safety policies.
5. Work out environment and behavior based safety program as well as delivery necessary training to all safety coordinator.
6. Conducting external and internal safety audits, correct the findings immediately.
7. Co-ordinate injury and incident investigation reports, participating as appropriate. Maintaining adequate incident statistics and analysis and feedback to plant EHS engineer.
8. Keep abreast of safety and environmental affairs developments and activities including statutory requirements and Company Standards.
9. Lead committee to maintain and improve General safety and PPE performance constantly to meet the requirement of corporate safety standards and local regulations.
10. Attend plant safety meeting and paste the monthly safety material and key in safety quiz on the web.
11. Drive EHS performance and safety culture and issuing and update EHS manual, MSDS, EHS function information on the EHS system web. Keep the hard copy volumes updated.
12. Developing and maintaining the training material according to the schedule.
