职位描述：
Responsibilities:
报价初期就工业部分对应的报价图纸给予技术支持,负责领导模具和产品的生产同时配合模具及产品的性能提升，主要的生产工具和零件,以及与他们的合作改进, 在产品的几何设计部分为客户端提供建议等等。
Provinding technical support in the quotation phases by quoting drawings and taking responsibility for the industrialization of the parts, leading the manufacture of tooling and parts, as well as collaborating with their improvement, providing the client with advice in the geometrical design of the part, etc.
依据报价的需要定义标准,如操作时间,采购成本,模具等。
Defining the standards necessary for the making of quotations, such as times of operations, cost of purchasing elements to be mounted, tooling, terms, etc.
图纸报价并定义报价中包含的元素（模具，采购成本包装等）。
Quoting the drawings and defining the elements to be included in the quotation (tooling, purchasing elements to be mounted, packings).
在公司内部或者外部设计并主导后续项目的模具的制作过程，并提供给相应负责人后续跟进同时在所有相关的设计和建设给挤压绘图员提供建议,并负责模具的发票。
Designing and leading the implementation and follow-up of the projects of tooling, either inside or outside Cikautxo, providing the Responsible Persons for Follow-up and Extrusion Draughtsman with advice in all that related to its design and building, as well as taking responsibility for the invoices of the tooling.
根据建立的先进的质量计划,以及规划的方向和制造原型负责产品工业部分（新产品和参数修改）
Taking responsibility for the industrialization of the parts (of new parts and series modifications) according to that established in the Advanced Quality Plan, as well as the direction of the planning and manufacturing of prototypes.
与产品工程合作为客户提供产品的最合适的几何设计的建议,考虑到它的生产和功能的可行性。
Collaborating with Product Engineering providing the client with advice in the most suitable geometrical design of the part, taking into consideration the feasibility of its manufacture and functionality.
协调,提供技术建议,指修改引入工具以提高生产效率或改善质量部分。
Collaborating, providing technical advice, with that referred to modifications to be introduced in the tooling in order to increase the productivity or improve the quaility of the parts.
与产品工程定义采购元件并负责管理在工业化阶段
Collaborating with Product Engineering in the definition of the purchasing element to be mounted and taking responsibility for its management in the industrialization phase.
Requirement:
1. 3+ years experience in related industry
2. Fluent Engilish
