职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
? Use Gateways system of project management to execute the product development project;
? Creating time plan, coordinate related departments to fulfill tasks according to timing plan;
? Good communication/negotiation with customers and all related departments (technical, quality etc…);
? Responsible for the project execution Timing, Customer Delivery, Budget and risk management;
? Tracks tasks and holds project review meetings regularly and pushes team members to finish their tasks efficiently;
? Closely monitor project activities for conformity to project scope, adherence to customer specifications;
? Responsible for creating related documentation according to approved procedures as time plan, FMEA’s, process flow, capacity study including SPFA, BOM, list of the fixtures, tools, gauges, layout drawing, poka-yoke etc…;
? Responsible to hand over finished project to the production;
? Keep good relationship with customers;
? Report the project status internally and externally periodically;
? Other tasks assigned by Dept. Manager;

Profile:
? Bachelor degree with 3-5 years’ work experience in Automotive industry, PMP is preferred;
? Knowledge of TS16949 & VDA 6.3 project management required by OEMs;
? Sufficient skills in English communication (written and oral) is a must;
? Excellent interpersonal / communication skills;
? Good command of PC and business application software (Microsoft Project / Word/Excel/PowerPoint);
? Clever, Open-mind, Energetic and Team oriented personality preferred;
? Good analysis and problem solving skills;
? Ability to travel and work flexibility and ability to work on a multi-cultural team; 举报 分享

The Company

Established as FAB in 1911, the company started with an initial manufacturing program covering door locks for the building industry, including mortise and furniture locks and associate fittings.

In 1958 the product portfolio was expanded to locks and keys for the automotive industry. Since then the company has gradually become an exclusive supplier of cylinder locks to vehicle manufacturers in former Czechoslovakia, as well as supplying components to OEMs in many other countries.

In 1996 the company joined the Swedish-Finnish ASSA ABLOY Group, allowing it to be member of an established group of companies which specialized in the field of high security door opening solutions. The company’s extensive experience in the development and production of vehicle access components and systems was further enhanced in 2007 by the acquisition of CE Marshall Ltd., the leading U.K. supplier of lock systems for cars and light commercial vehicles.

Following the path of globalization of its customers, the company expanded its global footprint by establishing new plants and local customer support teams in China and Mexico. Growing demand on solutions that provided further improved security and more comfort triggered the company to move on to more sophisticated electronic vehicle access & control solutions, such as remote keyless entry and passive entry/go systems, and respective components.

From Oct. 1st 2016 the company has been under the ownership of the Japanese ALPHA Corporation, one of the leading global automotive industry suppliers in vehicle access and control.
