Lean Anchor精益推进者
Suzhou Hongda Enzyme Co .,Ltd, located in Taicang , JiangSu province, we wish to recruit 1 Lean Anchor in plant.
The main tasks as following:
Work together with global SoLean officer, this includes analyzing the business needs and running a transformation on a selected work center with focus on a few work packages that are prioritized by steering group.
Responsible for caring out SoLean activities in the area when the global team moves on to other areas This can include running a transformation at other work centers, training colleagues in lean tools and improving the Lean Performance Management and Deployment systems in the department.
Manage local portfolio of SoLean activities and responsible for the execution of the planned activities at the departmental level. Responsible for meeting the business targets of the SoLean program in the area, include targets on safety, quality, delivery, cost and people.
Motivate operators and team leaders to participate in SoLean activities and deploy lean principles, methods and tools.
Responsible for defining competence needs and developing Lean competences among operators, team leaders and department managers in the local area.
You will report to plant General Manager

Qualification
Relvant academic degree, such as B.Sc or M.Sc. at least 5 years working experiences in process production industry (likee chemical industry) as lean specialist/engineer, experiences in shop floor management is an advantage.
Strong process and analytical skills with in-depth knowledge of LEAN tools and methods and work experience with improvement such as LEAN or Six Sigma.
Continuous improvement mind-set
Strong drive and ability to influence people to achieve targets.
Systematic and structured approach to solving business challenges.
Excellent communication skills both in Chinese and English
Challenges
Candidate will face challenges like no direct reports, need set up seamless relationship with different managing level across SOAPAC sites, roll-out initiatives through strong leadership. During roll-out implementation, he or she can find challenges/problems through extensive lean knowledge and competency, ensure the structure/system continuous improvement based on business needs.
