职位描述：
Key Responsibilities
Report Analysis
1. Ensure report and data accuracy from Congos and XpDS
2. Analyze report and deliver the result as per requirement
3. Keep improving the work and reports.

Investigate and solve exceptions
1. To handle exceptions raised from other teams
2. Investigate the exceptions, identify the root cause and solve the problem
3. Help to improve the operation to prevent the same exceptions happening again

Update and file documents for inventory team
1. Update the SOP and job manual per latest business requirement
2. Update rules and regulations for the team
3. File the documents of the team
4. Update training material and give training to operation teams.

Job Qualification
1.Education Level
BS/BA required; preferably in Production Management, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management.
2.Work experience
2+ years production/logistics operation experience, preferred in customer service experience. DC/ warehouse operation experience is a plus
3.Personal Character
1) Good Analytical thinking with experience in operation process, skilful in data analysis
2)Open-minded and passionate.
3)Good communication skills
4)Good team player and being able to work under pressure in fast pace environment
4.Others
1)Good in verbal and written English & Mandarin
