职位描述：
1、在董事会和总经理领导下，总管公司会计、报表、预算工作。
2、建立和完善财务部门，建立科学、系统符合企业实际情况的财务核算体系和财务监控体系，进行有效的内部控制。
3、贯彻执行总经理办公会议决议。在总经理的领导下，负责分管部门的日常工作。
4、组织领导公司财务管理，成本管理、预算管理、会计核算、会计监督、审计、存货控制等方面工作，努力降低成本、增收节支、提高效益。
5、组织执行国家有关财经法律，法规、方针、政策，监督公司遵守国家财经法令、纪律以及董事会决议，保障公司合法经营，维护股东权益。
6、利用财务核算与
会计管理原理为公司经营决策提供依据，协助总经理制定公司战略，并主持公司财务战略规划的制定。
7、参与公司投资行为、重要经营活动等方面的决策和方案制定工作,参与重大经济合同或协议的研究、审查,参与重要经济问题的分析和决策。
8、负责制定公司利润计划、资本投资、财务规划、销售前景、开支预算或成本标准。
9、对公司投资活动所需要的资金筹措方式进行成本计算，并提供最为经济的酬资方式。
10、筹集公司运营所需资金，保证公司战略发展的资金需求，审批公司重大资金流向。
11、制定和管理税收政策方案及程序，协调公司同银行、工商、税务等政府部门的关系，维护公司利益。
12、负责审核签署公司预算、财务收支计划、成本费用计划、信贷计划、财务报告、会计决算报表，会签涉及财务收支的重大业务计划、经济合同、经济协议等。
13、掌握公司财务状况、经营成果和资金变动情况，并及时向总经理报告工作。
14、主持制定公司的财务管理、会计核算和会计监督、预算管理、审计、库管工作的规章制度及工作程序，经批准后组织实施并监督检查落实情况。
15、负责制定公司利润计划、资本投资、财务规划、销售前景、开支预算或成本标准；制定财务系统年度、月度工作目标和工作计划，经批准后执行。
16、加强财务人员的培训和考核工作，提高财务系统人员的政治业务素质。
17、做好财务系统各项行政事务处理工作，提高工作效能，增强团队精神。
18、审核财务报表，提交财务管理工作报告。
19、完成总经理临时交办的其他任务。 举报 分享
