职位描述：
Requirements
1) College above, major in mechanical or engineering is preferred
2) Minimum 5 years quality engineer experience auto or components field is preferred
3) Excellent communication and coordination skills
4) Responsible and positive, can work under pressure
5) Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and QS 9001 required
6) A firm understanding of ‘FMEA’, ‘SPC’‘CPK’, ‘Gage R&R, ’Control Plan
Responsibilities
1) Monitor the supplier corrective action’s implementation and report the result to Supervisor
2) Maintenance QMS ISO 9001 , quality documentation ,fitting drawing , inspect instruction update
3) Documents (FMEA, control Plan, Ramp Readiness Review Check Sheet, etc) preps with cross function team when new fitting project are transfered.
4) Supplier quality problem solving professionally, cross function team analysis, report preparation
5) Supplier process audit and part audit.
6) Responsible for the supplier performance management
7) To assist the handle process non-conforming product ,final inspection and customer complaint ,etc .quality work
8) Work with other departments to get relevant data for regularly analysis to improve our supplier performance. Collect performance of supplier and submit to supervisor for monthly report.
9) Collect incoming inspection records; documents, and keep them
