Major Responsibilities:
List major areas of responsibilities and accountabilities of the position. Where appropriate, include quantifiable data; i.e., budget dollars.
? Assist with monthly closing, monthly forecast, and preparation of Operation Plan and Strategic Plan.
? Prepare Financial Reports including variance analysis, general accounting and interpretation of financial results from operations.
? Develop and implement internal control programs and procedures, which are consistent with corporate policies.
? Maintain/keep financial reports in auditable condition and in compliance with statutory requirements.
? Assist to provide financial analysis as well as solutions to senior management.
? Monitor key performance indicators.
? Resolution of operational issues between finance and other functional departments.
? Training finance persons on accounting and acting as a bridge of corporate and sites.
Key Competencies:
Critical skills, abilities and characteristics necessary to perform job responsibilities.
? Minimum 6 years experience in finance or Financial Analysis preferably for a manufacturing company. ? Strong English speaking and writing abilities. Must be able to communicate with people from different countries whose native language is non-English.
? Trustworthy with unquestionable ethics.
? CPA, or equivalent is a plus.
? Experience with Hyperion and QAD is a plus.
? Ability to work under pressure.
? Ability to work independently without close supervision, but a team player.
? Ability to interact with colleagues from other functions.
Education and Experience:

Educational:
