Responsibilities:
Member of the Management team
Follow the business plan and quality objectives set up by voestalpine Wire Technology Management and achieve all targets related to production.
Lead the production team for wire drawing business.
Organize the manpower incl back-up and training to meet budget and all targets
Based on the monthly forecast produce, approve and deliver draw wire to customer's warehouse. Met target for production and quality.
Maintain safe working practices and procedures for the factory.

Define, establish and follow-up of targets and KPI (Key Performance Indicators) for production and maintenance.
preparing production budget und forecast
Perform continuous improvements (yield, productivity etc) according to the plan
Develop the production team in order to continuously improve efficiency and quality. Encourage and stimulate the teams as well as the individuals for higher targets.
Develop a LEAN-manufacturing thinking in the whole production from planning to approval of final products
Support company ISO/TS audit and certification.
Qualifications:
competence of technician knowledge with production background (elektric, mechanic)
Fluent English in speaking and writing
more than 5 years production management experience
Experience from production of wire drawing/SAP is a plus
