职位描述：
Reports To: General Manager
Job Summary
1. Support General Manager do some information collection and reports
2. Organize any topic activity within GM area
3. Any tasks authorized by General Manager

Principal Responsibilities
1. Arrange GM’s working schedule and email screening.
2. Assist GM to organize employees’ events.
3. Accomplish Weekly and Monthly Reports
4. Data Collection authorized by General Manager
5. Organize meetings for General Manager and follow-up any actions and targets; Make the meeting minutes for participates;
6. Support Manager to implement the performance tracking system
7. Daily office tasks

Qualifications & Experience
1. University degree in Marketing subject.
2. With good internal coordination , communication and writing skills
3. Good command in both spoken and written English
4. Good skill on Microsoft Office 举报 分享
