职位描述：
1、整理部门合同及各类文件，记录采购进度及到货时间。
2、收集，整理及统计各种采购单据及报表。
3、物品质量跟踪，维护及相关报关制度的落实于执行。
4、各项采购事物的传达及执行。
5、及时整理供应商资料，包括供应商的报价及产品等各项信息汇总给部门负责人。
6、协助部门负责人询价及把相关事项及时通知部门负责人。
7、请购单、入库单、订购单与合同的登记及档案管理。

任职要求：

2、熟悉采购流程。
3、熟悉计算机应用，能熟练使用excel等。
4、沟通能力强。
5、服从性好，能适应偶尔的加班。
