职位描述：
The controlling manager reports to SFSC (Safran Finance Services China) Director, with 2-3 subordinates. This position is the major contact to liaison among SFSC, Safran China management, Safran HQ and customers. Essential duties and responsibilities will consist of, but not be limited to, as follows:

Financial management & controlling for Safran China & Rep Office:
- Finance management and business controlling including budget preparation, forecast, financial analysis, cost control etc for shared service centers and consulting departments, company statutory audit report validation, transfer pricing document etc
- Monthly financial reports to local management and Safran HQ

Sales administration for Safran China and manufacturing companies AR supervision:
- Manage the sales contracts with customers
- Distribute the sales charge to customers in line with the budget/forecast schedule
- Prepare the service quotations to customers each year
- Supervise the invoicing process on monthly basis by working with Admin and team
- Manage payment collection and customer disputes for Safran China & manufacturing companies AR

Internal control:
- Manage internal control campaign for SFSC customers on the SFSC concerned processes (Full scope for Safran China and TTHE)
- Propose and follow up correctives actions
- Procedure design & implementation for SFSC concerned processes as well as Safran China

Others:
- Coordinate insurance subscription and claim for group subsidiaries in China including payment to insurer and payment collection from subsidiaries
- Other duties assigned by director

He/she will be responsible for the relationship among SFSC, customers companies and Safran HQ

Note: business trips domestically and overseas could be expected from time to time.

This position will also be in constant relationship with Purchasing, IT, Legal etc other SSC departments and customers operational departments, Accounting manager and team (AP, AR, GL and FA accountants) and Treasury manager and team…

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Accounting/Finance degree preferred.
Experience: 6+ years' experience, Strong finance planning and analysis/cost control/finance management skill, Green Belt is a plus
Computer Skills: SAP business one or Syteline + Standard computer skills; experience in Excel, Word, Access and PPT.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Chinese (French if possible), and good presentation skill
Special Skills: Possess a sense of urgency and attention to accuracy and detail; integrity; business acuity; ability to handle duties as required 举报 分享
