职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
Support sales on system, layout and concept design with drawings and cost estimation.
Assign task to team and monitor them to achieve deadline set.
Coaching and leading the team's skills.
Perform engineering review and approval.
Problem solving and provide site support.

Mandatory requirements:
More than 10 years design experience with at least 5 years leading a team
Experience in mangaging and leading a team of engineers
Experience in Automation and/or Material Handling systems

Preferred requirements
Knowledge in Automotoive, Food & Beverage, Pharma, Electronics industries
Worked in foreign setups in China
Familiar with local and European design standards (CE, DIN, etc)

Education required
Bachelor degree and above in Mechanical Engineering

Skills
Proficient in English language (read, write and speak)
Autodesk
MS Office
Ability to manage a team of engineers, a team player, communication & inter personnel skill,ability to work under pressure, problem solving skill, independent and proactive 举报 分享
