职位描述：
1. Leads the research and implementation process of outdoor textile.
2. Collaborate in cross-functional innovation and product development processes with Design, Domestic and Overseas Manufacturing, and Sourcing teams, throughout the entire process from ideation, concept, sourcing, introduction, quality control and launch.
3. Manage work load within aggressive calendar deadlines for critical approvals.
4. Focus product development on new and innovative products that provide smart solutions to the end consumer, while providing a point of differentiation in the marketplace for Arden.
5. Work closely with Global BV testing (quality assurance)
6. Work with factory for design and pre-production approvals.

岗位要求：
1. Very familiar with outdoor fabric process: designs, manufacturing, testing and process.
2. At least 5 years experience on textile industry.
3.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to both internal and external audiences.
4. Well versed in Microsoft Office products, specifically Power Point and Excel.
5.Bilingual, Mandarin Chinese and English.
6. Must be willing to travel, roughly 50%. 举报 分享
