Job Description:

1. In charge of both milling and assembly divisions for metal and automotive parts.

2. Managing production, quality, sourcing/purchasing and logistics departments.

3. Optimizing production process and responsible for establishing a culture of continuous improvement within the plant, setting up safety policy and maintain it.

4. Control of production cost based on the budget, monitor monthly expenses in different departments.

5. Establishing targets for key team members, monitoring performance on a continual basis, problem finding and solving with the team members.

6. Human resource planning for the various departments.

7. Looking for alternative methods of manufacturing and support processes to increase quality and productivity.

8. Meeting and Maintaining good relations with customers and suppliers.

9. Communicating with German counterparts.

10. Responsible for developing operational strategy in conjunction with general manager.



Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in Mechanical Engineering is a plus;

2. No less than 6 years working experience in interior assembling of automotive field, 4 years plant management

3. Good knowledge on manufacturing process, planning, plant safety and environment

4. Good skills on communication, leadership, and people management;

5. Good English/German level;

6. Good knowledge in interior assembling and mechining processes, as well as CAD drawing

7. Familiar with ISO 9001 and TS 16949

8. Hard working, creative & open minded
