Job Description:

1. Production-supervision, scheduling for production, preparing production schedules for assembling & Milling of industrial products.

2. Assure each operation meets shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders.

3. Analyzing production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements.

4. Preparing production reports.

5. May also prepare purchase orders to obtain materials, tools, and equipment.

6. Plans the process for manufacture, fabrication, assembly, erection or installation of parts, components, assemblies, etc.

7. Be responsible for writting and maintain production department ISO/TS procedures and documentations.

8. 5S Management


Requirements:

1. Colledge degree or above, majored in Mechanical Engineering is a plus;

2. No less than 5 years working experience in interior assembling of automotive field

3. Good knowledge on 5S

4. Good skills on communication, leadership, and people management;

5. Workable English level;

6. Familiar with ISO 9001 and TS 16949

7. Hard working spirit & open mind
