职位描述：
◆_20__% Drive for process abnormal control and get issue resolved
               驱动异常过程的改善；
◆__20_% Define products inspection standard and give training to team members
              制定零件检验标准,并培训检验人员；
◆__20_% Prepare new project and engineering change PPAP documentaion
              准备新项目和工程变更的PPAP文件；
◆_10__% Perform diagnosis, trouble shooting, analysis and using quality tools and statistical
                 techniques
                执行诊断、故障排除等质量活动，分析和使用质量工具和统计技术；
◆_10__% Support ISO/TS internal/external audits and customer related audits
                 协助各种相关的内外部审核，如TS、客户审核;
◆_10__% Prepare the inspection instruction for detailed product and training the
                  Functional department to clear understand and implement.
                 准备零件的检验指导书并进行培训，使得相关职能部门清楚的理解并执行；
◆_5__% Internal & external calibration the gauges.
                 内/外部检具的校准；
◆_5__% Quality stock counting perform monthly/ yearly.
                 月度/年度质量库位的盘点

岗位要求：

◆教育背景/College Experience
      ?学历/Degree: colledge or above 大专以上
      ?专业/Major： Engineering or related field 机械工程，质量管理相关专业
      ?年龄/Age：25-35

◆工作经验/Working Experience
Minimum 5 years of quality experience including 2 year in automobile industry;
5年以上质量方面经验，包括2年以上汽车行业经验
Hands-on working experience with ISO/TS core tools such as SPC, Control Plan, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, APQP, etc.
熟悉掌握ISO/TS核心工具，如SPC, 控制计划, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, APQP等
ISO/TS internal/external audits and customer related audits
熟悉ISO/TS内外审核及客户相关审核。

◆知识技能/Knowledge and Skill
Able to interpret drawings, CMM reports, GD&T
理解图纸、CMM报告、GD&T
Have the analytical skills necessary to do root cause investigation
良好的分析能力，能够进行问题根源性调查

◆个人素质/Personality
