职位描述：
New Customer development and maintain customer relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
 New Product advertisement and propose and develop product promotion.
 Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
 Monitor marketing trends and give feedback.
 Communicate customer requirements to Korita team for product specification definition and innovation features. Keep close communication with European sales office for exchange of information on competition, new developments and market information. Exchange ideas and work together to develop Korita sales.
  Responsibility for product margin of product selling based on the knowledge of product cost structure.
 Provide quotations based on customer requirements.
 Evaluate and prepare tender documentation and guide the bidding process to successful results.
  Negotiate contracts with customers to manage on time product delivery.
  Responsible for on time payment collection.
  Consider after sales service in contract negotiation and customer relationship building.
  Any other job assigned by the company.
Requirements:
   Bachelor degree with major in commercial management, marketing and/or engineering background.
  At least 5 years’ sales and marketing or customer related job function.
 Marketing experience in aviation industry will be highly appreciated.
 Good skills on customer relationship building.
  Good skills on product promotion, a talent for selling the the product features and company’s competitiveness.
 Clear knowledge on product specification, quality identification and aviation basic knowledge.
  Awareness of product cost structures and margins for product selling; sense on cost and pricing.
 Sense on marketing information tracking.
  Good negotiation skills on price and commercial items.
  Excellent communication skills. ?
