职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Safety is 1st priority. Need to make sure not only yourself working safely, but also take care of your team members. Comply with Afton safety policies and local related regulations.
? After training and qualification, could perform lubricant blending, bench test and analytical work.
? Maintain related instruments to keep them in good situation.
? Support some sample inventory.
? Comply with ISO9001/ISO14001/OHSAS 18001 requirements.

Education & Experience:
? Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related science

Skills/ Abilities:
? Able to demonstrate basic knowledge of safe laboratory practices and procedures.
? Able to demonstrate a basic knowledge of laboratory terminology and basic equipment use, such as analytical balance weighing and sample preparation techniques including dilutions
? Effectively manage multiple tasks and change priorities when necessary.
? Desire to work cooperatively with other team members.
? Basic computer literacy (i.e. Microsoft Office, Word, Excel).
? Demonstrates effective oral and written communication skills. The ability to communicate information clearly and effectively in an engaging and convincing manner.
