职位描述：
Main Responsibility:
1. Formulate and recommend manufacturing policies and programs which guide the corporation in
2. maintaining and improving its competitive position and the profitability of the operations of Changshu Plant.
3. Responsible for all functional areas including, but not limited to production management, supervision, material planning, scheduling, cost management and etc.
4. Direct the manufacture of all company products at lowest cost consistent with established specifications as to quality and quantity.
5. Manage and assist in coordinating effort between support departments within the organization.
6. Assess and assist in upgrading the organizations talent base within operations to achieve growth and meet market needs
7. Conceive, research, plan, target, and control reductions in cost and product lead times on existing and new products
8. Develop, test and implement new manufacturing processes, product and systems technology to meet the objectives
9. Participate in the implementation of advanced manufacturing technology to improve cost of sales and promote on-time delivery
10. Establish, prepare, implement, revise and maintain policies and procedures related to operations
11.Administer and manage safety and quality to provide an adequate and safe working environment.
12. Set up and maintain inventory controls and levels to conform with budgets and forecasts.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
2. Experience must include progressively more responsible positions in the areas of production leadership, operational excellence and total customer satisfaction.
3. Excellent verbal and written skills.
4. Excellent organizational skills.
5. Ability to motivate team efforts to accomplish goals.
6. Strong cultural sensitivity to manage relationships with people from all cultures.
