职位描述：
Job Description

Optimize the coating production process and layout by integrate information of material、machine、worker and energy, and to keep production reliability and cost saving.
通过整合相关原料、设备、人员、能源等信息去优化整个生产布局和涂装工艺,去保持生产的稳定和成本的降低.

Responsibilities

？ Support the NBD &production department to develop new process ,to analysis new coating process feasibility and reliability, and conduct new process introduction try-out;
支持NBD和生产团队开发新工艺，分析新喷涂工艺的可靠性和稳定性，引导新工艺的试产；
？ Upgrade current coating line& headcount to meet requirement of balance line
提升当前的喷涂线和人力去满足 线平衡的要求;
？ Design and rebuilt workshop layout to improve efficiency and reduce cost;
优化和改造车间工艺去提升效率和降低成本;
？ Standardize process document 、standard time 、headcount of manufacturing process;
标准化制造过程中的工艺文件、标准工时、人员数量;
？ Follow recipe and standard consumption of coating process to standardize and fix it.
跟踪涂装工艺的配比和用量，使之固定和标准化;
？ Assist production department to promote current coating fixtures and automation machines;
协助生产单位去升级当前的涂装夹具和自动化设备;
？ Organize team to analyze material wastage and to achieve high-usage;
组织人员分析原物料的损耗以及提升利用率;
？ Working closely with lean team and automation team to ensure that improving target can be completed successfully;
同lean/automation 团队紧密配合去保证改善目标的顺利完成;


Skill and Experience

？ Experience in coating process of plastic and quality stand ;
精通塑料喷涂工艺和质量标准;
？ Experience of vacuum metalizing process of plastic ;
精通塑料产品的真空电镀工艺；
？ Good operation for CAD or related software;
熟练操作CAD设计软件或相关其他软件;
？ Be family with manufacturing process of plastic plant;
熟悉注塑类工厂工艺制造流程
？ Work under high pressure and good sense of responsibility；
工作承压能力大和好的责任心;

Qualification

？ College in chemical, mechanical or related field is definite;
大专以上 化工或机械相关专业优先；
？ At least 8 years coating（liquid painting） process experience in plastic plant
8年以上塑胶类工厂涂装(液体涂装)工艺工作经验；
？ Be family with production process of cosmetic plant is a plus;
熟悉化妆品类工厂生产流程优先；
？ Be able to work independently and have the ability to take initiative;
独立工作性和工作主动性强;
？ Basically communicate and write in English.
