职位描述：
Responsibilities：
1.Developing, evaluating, improving and documenting manufacturing processes.
2.Developing and implementing process control techniques and procedures into manufacturing environments.
3.Analyzing manufacturing process flows continually for the enhancements of quality, cost reduction, and throughput.
4.Collaborating with configuration control and R&D engineering regarding product tooling and design to ensure effectual production methods.
5.Working closely with manufacturing department to develop, coordinate, and implement technical training for employees.
6.Providing engineering support in NPI projects, designing and developing manufacturing processes for enhancements, product changes, and new products, and related fixtures and tooling that are consistent with zero defect level and low product cost.
7.Carry out failure analysis, to trouble shoot and resolve technical problems.

Requirements：
1.Bachelor or Master Degree of physics, material science, optics or electrical engineering.
2.Experience with optical parts fabrication is an added advantage, for example mirror and lens processing.
3.Be familiar with auto optical alignment machine is a plus.
4.Good command of English writing.
5.Good problem solving, interpersonal and analytical skills.
6.SPC, PFMEA, Process Failure Analysis and DOE knowledge.
7.Some testing experience in optical component is preferred. 举报 分享
