Job description
1. Interact with customers in order to provide information in response to inquires about product/services;
与客户交流，提供产品及服务等方面的信息；
2. Deal with customer’s complaints, when occurred;
有投诉情况时，及时联系客户处理；
3. Receive and process customer''s orders, either directly from the customer or from company’s Sales Managers, to pass all the related information to the Planning Team, and then arrange the delivery of the product/services to the customers;
接受并处理客户订单，提供相关信息给生产计划部，并安排发货；
4. Grow and maintain a good relationship with the customers;
与客户保持良好关系；
5. Prepare and to provide monthly reports to company’s Management;
准备每月报告；
6. Communicate, coordinate and work together as a team with the Company’s internal departments which are involved in the daily business, both in Chinese and English.
与公司其他部门作为团队，使用中英文交流与合作，一起处理日常工作；
7. Carry out any other duty assigned by the Asia Sales& Marketing Manager.
