职位描述：
Job Description:
1) Streamline process flow and eliminate non-value add process as many as possible.
2) Operation research, Count and calculate each manufacture process step cycle time. Category to movement, waiting, process time. machine’s OEE.
3) Value stream map current and future. Control the tak time.
4) Engineering design process: formulation of a plan to help an engineer build a product with a specified performance goal.
5) Value engineering: practice devoted to the management of project cost, involving such activities by using an examination of function.
6) Job design: the specification of contents , methods and relationship of jobs in order to satify technological and organizational requiremnets as well as the social and personal requirements of the job holder.
7) Project management: Is the process and activity of planning , organizing , motivating, and controlling resources, procedures and protocols to achieve specific goals in scientific or daily problems.
8) Accounting: the measurement, processing and communication of financial information about economic entities.

Requirement:
1) 5 years IE experience, working in foreign company are welcome.
2) Bachelor degree or above.
