Position/Job Description: 职位描述
Support Finance Team to complete daily working.
Essential Duties: 主要职责
- Support AR issue and send VAT invoice to clients.
- File & collect all financial documents.
- Support internal SOP working.
- Support Finance controller & GL to set up Financial Analysis system
- Support liquidation Finance working

Preferred qualifications: 职位要求
College degree, bachelor degree is better；
1-2 years finance working experience, prefer international commercial company；
Skills and Capabilities(soft skill): 技能/能力要求
Good communication & cooperation sense with others;
Strong business sense to know good support for operating team；
Familiar with office software, especially Excel.
Internal and External Contacts/Customers: 内外沟通
内部 (external) ：
Catch up tasks allocated by leader & report to leader in time.
Ensure all transactions & information transfer in time. Support finance dept. internal work.
Reporting Relationship: 汇报对象
