此岗位为以色列Hamlet项目代招,工作地点:扬中,提供交通补贴,待遇优厚
Job scope
? Manage all Ham-Let product sales activities in China market
? Co-work with XingHe Sales and technical team to leverage XingHe product lines when appropriate
? Develop business model for China market using Ham-Let and XingHe product lines
? Develop, own and execute strategies for various segment/Industry currently severed as well as segments currently not served in terms of Penetration, Share (market share) and Adoption
? Drive weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual forecast with distributors
? Meet sales budget target
? Coordinate sales activities with distributors, end customers, Head quarter sales, marketing, customer service, R&D and production groups
? Plan and coordinate product presentation, demos, customer and head quarter visits
? Work with China distributor and end customers to understand their need and/or problems and working with Ham-Let head quarter and XingHe marketing, Engineering and sales team to come up with best solution.
? Understand XingHe product lines to improve quality and promote to other regions outside of China market
? Penetrate Ham-Let and XingHe product lines into new segments of business – semiconductor fabs, OEM, EPC, Petrol, oil and gas, refinery, new energy, heavy industry.
? Gather marketing info and competitive intelligence
Skills
? Speaks fluent English, good communication abilities
? Speak and read Chinese
? 5 years' sales experience in the field of Instrument valve and fittings or semiconductor related field (Facility, Equipment, Process) or technology field
? Proven track record of successful sales campaigns
? Getting things done attitude - Solution provider, not a problem repeater
? Good negotiation and people skill
? Ability to close deals
? High level of personal reliability
? Ambitious and ability to work under pressure
? Strong discipline in work ethics
? Self-motivating and ability to work independently in the field
