职位描述：
Purpose and main process of job :
Main responsibilities
Process development for New product introduction
Main activities
Process development for New product introduction
1.Draft the process solution (process flow chart, layout)
2.To take part in the DFMEA.
3.Lead team member (designer, PE, IPQC, production leader, etc) to do PFMEA.
4.Draft the investment list (production line, jigs, tooling, etc).
5.Prepare the production line (applying, purchasing, machining, assembling, installing in production line, debugging).
6.Lead the fixture and special tool designing, equipment investing.
7.Take part in prototype samples making.
8.Create / review / maintain WI, draft the labor time, and train operators before trial-run.
9.Follow-up the trial-run; make the trial-run record.
10.Take part in trial-run review meeting, and take improvement actions, if-needed.
11.Lead the FPD; make PFD report.
12.Take part in FPD review meeting, and take improvement actions, if-needed.
13.Publish labor time to account financial dept and production dept.
14.Follow-up the production process, support for issue solving until launching + 6 month.
Support production to improve quality, production efficiency, labor time cost down through operation by:
1.Optimize production process.
2.Optimize workshop layout.
3.Eliminate waste and defect.
4.Import new technology, material and equipment.

New Technology Development:
1.Be familiar with the process of new technology (ECR/ECN)
2.Analysis and find out key parameter.
3.Create new process flow, WI.
4.Build process include machine/tools/resources/facilities
5.Control quality well during trail run
6.In charge of first real production

Other characteristics or qualities required :
1.Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
2.Strong teamwork and interpersonal skill to win and maintain the respect of people and get their support and cooperation.
3.Fast learning and positive.
4.Education level: at least bachelor degree, majoring in IE or mechanical engineering.
