Inside Sales Specialist
BU: Data & Devices
Location: Caohejing Hi-Tech Park, Shanghai
Responsibilities
? Builds and maintains strong business relationships with Customers to drive Sales and exceptional Customer experience.
? Works effectively with marketing and product management to identify and follow up on demand creation programs. Outbound prospects for new and/or existing areas of opportunity.
? Understands business processes and makes proactive decisions, effectively solving Customer issues, and increasing sales.
? Presents TE products, services and capabilities to best meet the needs of the Customer.
? Develops sales opportunities and assists in developing the pipeline for future sales activity through daily interactions with Customers.
? Responds professionally to inquiries from TE’s key accounts via multiple methods (phone, email, fax, meetings, etc.).
? Identifies and drives corrective actions and improvement projects that will raise Customer satisfaction levels.
? Works with assigned Sales Manager to execute the account plan.
? Performs statistical analysis relating to product, bookings, billings, opportunities and Customer profiles.
? Displays strong interpersonal skills and a positive and professional attitude.
? Account Management.
? Maintains regular contact with engineers & buyers.
? Ensures Pipeline Funnel Growth in accordance with set revenue and product attainment
? Responsible for demand creation, quoting, delivery escalation, customer scorecard and contract management.
? Review Marketing Qualified Leads – evaluate and nurture to move them into the sales funnel.
Qualifications
? Bachelor’s Degree required in technical field (Engineering, IT, etc.).
? Minimum of two (2) years of related experiences
? Demonstrated excellent communicator (verbal, written, spoken) with exceptional listening skills.
? Demonstrated ability to work as a member of an account team to identify new opportunities.
? Strong Business Acumen, Problem Solving, Critical Thinking.
? Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
? Working knowledge of SAP and Salesforce.com preferred.
