1、负责行政部日常行政工作，包括来访接待、考勤登记、接听电话等工作；
2、负责办理各类文件的收发、登记、整理、归档、保密工作；
3、做好档案材料管理工作,严格借档手续。
4、项目的行政文件、技术文档、工程图纸的收集、整理、编目、统计与保存工作；
5、协助完成项目内部审核工作；
6、项目上费用收据，发票报销整理；
7、此职位要求英语听说读写流利优先。
