To develop and implement business plans to ensure objectives and budgets are met. This position is based in Hangzhou.
DUTIES
? Maintaining existing accounts
? Securing new accounts at the target market segments
? Work closely with finance & operation to improve AR and Inventory respectively
? Work closely with marketing and technical service to derive TCO model
? Increase sales and profitability of covered regions and accounts.
? Develop and maintain solid relationship with various decision makers of key accounts.
? Take lead in developing cost effective solutions, including product development, to meet customer needs.
? Provide technical service, including trouble-shooting, product and application training to customers.
? Develop and manage distributors as needed.
? Manage account receivable to avoid overdue and bad debts.
? Develop relationship with machine/raw material suppliers to customers.
? Provide monthly sales forecasts.
? Achieve set budget yearly.
Requirements
? At least 5 years experience in serving B2B industrial level 1 customers.
? Strong ability to grow sales revenue and to manage accounts receivable
? Strong drive to excel
? Bachelor degree, Average English communication skill
? Value selling mind set
?
