职位描述
Job Description:
- Process 3rd party account payable transactions, ensure all payments in accordance with finance and compliance policy, supporting documents are sufficient, authentic and complete
- Keep accurate track of 3rd party account payable transactions
- Perform monthly close process and make sure OCOGS/OPEX are properly and timely recorded
- Prepare account reconciliation and have a close follow up on outstanding items
- Support supervisor on OPEX management
- Timely response to internal and external queries regarding to Pre-approval, payment and invoices
- Quarterly HCP register
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirement:
- Degree or diploma holder, major in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
- At least 1 years experience in accounting area, medial company preferred
- Team work, logical thinking and strong sense of responsibility
- Good communication skills
- Good commend of MS office, familiar with Excel, Word etc.
- ERP experience, Flex and MFG/Pro will be a plus
