职位描述

Responsibilities:
System related
-Make booking for non deal travel agent
-Make booking for VIP and design and prepare Inter Zone village package for VIP
-Collect allotment plan and summarize for China
-Domestic village onsite staff supports
-Selling price programming
-Set up of NA system for special project
-Voucher out put
-Fix all NA related system bug
ISIS
-upload sales report by request
-training for all management level staff to use ISIS
-Help management level staff to apply ISIS user code
Sales Admin
-Apply village visit pass
-Draft and send sales notice
-Booking files store for auditing purpose
-Communications between staff & insurance company
-Draft price list
-In charge of all product leaf left storage
Trade relations management
-Communication with GM and make calls /draft mail.
-Communication with village side to get facts of GM experience
-Communication with insurance company
-Communication with relevant parties to found out a solution
-Finance and accounting process following

Qualification and Experience:
-At least 3 years relevant working experience in service industry. Tourism industry is preferred
-Solid experience in customer complaint handling and high end relationship maintenance
-Self-motivated, well- organized, professional and able to work under pressure
-Strong problem solving and execution skills
- Good communicative and analytical skills
-Sense of priority and time management
- Proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Education & Language:
-Bachelor degree or above, tourism management is preferred
-Good command of English in writing and oral
