职位描述
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Daily accounts receivables management and collection settlement
- Check problematic accounts receivables with retail department and shops
- Confirm the sales revenue and related expenses with landlords on a monthly basis
- Prepare and provide A/R concerned monthly reports (A/R monthly reconciliation, A/R summary and A/R aging)
- Cooperate with monthly closing/annual closing/auditing
- In charge of A/R-retail daily interface check with AS400
- Intra-company accounts reconciliation.
- Provide professional analysis & consultancy about AR-retail
- Participate annual stock taking in North-China area
- Issue VAT invoices to customer after checking against with system to confirm the accuracy
- Monthly accrue shop expenses according to sales revenue
-Be responsible for JV tax claim monthly and yearly
- Update all contracts signed with landlord
- Monitor JV all licenses change in line with schedule
- Support JV all statutory and tax requirements and compliance
- Coach temp clerk's daily work
- Other tasks arranged by line manager
Requirements
Bachelor degree
3 years accounting experience in retail sector, and 1year experience in GL is preferred
Good Knowledge in SAP Preferred
Good written and spoken English
