Responsibilities:
- Assist to candidate searching assignments including designing search plans, generating candidates by different research methodologies and conduct initial evaluations on candidate
- Identify, source, interest and qualify potential candidates for interview by the recruiters, so as to enable high quality shortlists to be presented to hiring manager in the shortest possible time
- Work closely with recruiters on candidate management
- Provide primary and secondary research into the market, target companies and candidates in support of the team converting business development and proposal opportunities
- Capture and maintain accurate market and candidate information on the company's recruiting systems so as to both facilitate the search process and help convert business development opportunities
- Inform the recruiters of any potentially strong future candidates identified
- Providing necessary support and handling the project progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- A minimum of 2 years full time work experience in executive search firms is required
- Ability to communicate with middle and above level executives/professionals and gain rapport within a short period of time
- Excellent communication skills in English is a must
- Confident, professional and mature personality
- Able to work independently, efficiently and under pressure
- Very creative thinking in generating and managing different resources
- Must be focused, result and detailed oriented
- High energy level with affinity to detailed research work
- Previous Market Research, Recruiting or Consulting experience is preferred
