职位描述
Scope of the Service:
? Onsite service to support network project for the next 6 month with reasonable travel.
? Effectively plan and manage about 50+ site network new/remediation/relocation project for JCI ASIA region (including 14 countries and locations)
? Liaise with all relevant departments in the organization and manage outside vendors to keep the project on track in terms of time, scope, quality and cost.
? Set priorities, allocate tasks, and coordinate project staff to meet project targets and milestones
? Conduct project meetings and prepare regular reports to communicate the status of the project with internal departments and/or external partners
? Develop professional relationships with customers and business.
? Strictly follow up change management process to ensure network project is communicated well and executed without any unscheduled business impact
? Other ad hoc tasks assigned by managers
Knowledge & Requirement:
? 3 years + project management experience in network project in a large enterprise network environment.
? Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
? Good communication skills in both of English and mandarin
? Strong self-motivation to improve the work and business process with positive attitude to support customer's needs
? PMP, PRINCE2 certifications are expected
? Good at handling with complex relationships. Self-starter,assertive, taking responsibility and can work under great pressure.
? Excellent documents skills, Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
