Purpose of the Position:
- Lab technician for developing glass surface textures
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Help the team leader to establish laboratory capabilities for glass surface texture
- Plan and execute daily lab experiments through working with the team leader to develop reproducible processes; keep good experiment data record
- Make samples for various project teams based on the requests
Education & Experience:
? Associate degree or BS in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials sciences and engineering or related fields
? Preferably 1+ years of chemical lab experience
Required Skills:
? Hands-on wet chemistry lab experience
? Data recording
? Interacting with internal and external technical groups
? Ability to learn new technologies
? Basic communication/presentation skill
Desired Skills:
? Technical understanding of chemical properties, physical properties and surface properties of glass
? Preferably understanding of glass surface finishing
Soft Skills:
? Basic English language skills
? Good team player and ability of working with internal and external partners
