职位描述
Position target:
? This position will be responsible in coordinating and consolidating sales forecast, conducting sales reporting, allocating and monitoring sales target, sales progress reporting and analysis.
Major Duties/Responsibilities:
Coordinate and consolidate sales forecast
? Collect sales forecast from DSM/KAM/IDS
? Consolidate sales forecast by conducting consensus meeting between functions
? Coordinate sales target by region, by city, and by distributors
? Do allocation and immediate solution when meeting supply constrain and extra demanding from front sales
Conduct sales reporting
? Report daily sales result, monthly ICS result, and sales target tracking
? Track and lead confirmation of any city, distributor, and sales target update between sales director, NKA and regional cities
? Consolidate and issue sales monthly priorities tracking and report
? Consolidate by key account sales data and issue key priorities
Requirements:
? At least 3 years working experience, including 2 years related work experiences (FMCG industry w/ food experience a major plus)
? Good teamwork capability with high integrity
? Good interpersonal skills and able to work with parties outside the company organization
? Must be a strong self-starter, Devoted attitude & willing to take-up extra workload within a lean/small team structure
? Good organizing skills, able to deal with multi-tasks
? Excellent Excel, Powerpoint skills
? Good English capabilities on oral and writing
