Main Responsibility:
- Assist the commercial support manager and operation support manager to prepare annual budget & quarterly forecast
- Assist the commercial support team and operation support team to implement monthly closing and prepare the monthly analysis and tracking report
- Support the commercial support team and operation support team in daily work
- Prepare ad hoc analysis and report per request
Criteria
- Make sure the error rate for all reports, expense claims and administration work assigned below 5% monthly.
- Do not miss any file documents and in-charged company stamps during associate's service period.
- Make sure all phone calls, mailings; Emails and other requests from line manager been delivered out within the deadline which line manager asked.
