著名外资公司急聘supply chain部门order administrator
? Response customers and distributors’ inquiry for transmissions, parts availability and price as well as DSO transmissions availability and price, and any other order-related issues.
? Process Purchase Orders for customers / distributors in SAP, send order confirmation to customers / distributors, and work with Logistics for shipping arrangement.
? Place Off-highway orders as DSO to Indy, coordinate with Indy for the delivery date, send order confirmation to customers/distributors, and work with CEVA Logistics for shipping.
? Coordinate with Sales Engineering for transmission/ parts material maintain, and parts change/cancel/supersede information.
? Coordinate with Supply Chain Dept to expedite transmissions/parts delivery date, to meet customers/distributors’ requirement.
? Coordinate with customers and customers’ forwarders for shipping.
? Coordinate with Finance Dept. for price maintain and price adjustment, check credit and get payment from customers/distributors.
? Coordinate with Marketing Dept. for HW orders.
? Process Sales Return, Credit Memo and Debit Memo.
? Work with Quality Dept. for customers’ complaints, certificates etc.
? Set up new customer codes and maintain customer codes in SAP.

Requirement：
? University degree
? Minimum 3 years of work experience in customer order administration.
? Ability to communicate effectively with people from different cultures and countries across Asia.
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills
? Strong organizations skills and disciplined work ethic
? Strong attention to detail
? Excellent computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office applications
? High proficiency in English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written.
? Experience working in multinational company
