Main Responsbiblities:
? SAP e-procurement for lab consumables and office articles
? SAP PR creation of items that dont run through e-procurement (equipment, resins, specific test cups, services)
? SAP coordinator for purchased goods (logistics, documentation, supplier communication, payment arrangement)
? SAP e-procurement or PR for Kuehne Nagel Dangerous goods warehouse
? Coordinator of solvent stock and internal re-stocking loop
? Labwork safety, cleanliness, calibration and documentation coordinator (ISO 17025)
? Workflow optimization and Audit preparation support (ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001)
? Database of equipment suppliers and contact
? Arrange software and data backup of local computers
? SAP access to label management software
? Coordination of chemicals; documentation and registratio
Requirments：
? English Language Proficiency
? SAP knowledge
? Laboratory experience
