1. Position name: K8 System Integration Responsible
Job Responsibilities:
? Support VIR to manage China local program Vehicle integration & Validation team for China K8 vehicle program
? Involve K8 benchmarking, target setting and vehicle level testing and development for functional objectives in durability, safety, aero-thermal, NVH, packaging, ergonomics, fuel consumption, performance, and drivability
? Coordinate with design release engineering teams (BICEEP), cross vehicle development teams, and CAE teams
? Support ITPM to do K8 vehicle level DVP&R plan, issue resolution and validation management
? Launch and support ramp up of K8 complete vehicle program
? Support global and cross-region vehicle development communization and weekly meeting arrangement

Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Systems Engineering
? 5+ years’ experience in vehicle development & vehicle integration
? Good understanding of vehicle benchmarking and target setting in all vehicle functional attributes including NVH, aero-thermal, safety, durability, and validation.
? Familiar with China's proving grounds and public roads around China for vehicle development
? Good knowledge of automotive component and vehicle systems
? Experience of team management and program management for vehicle projects with cross functional engineering teams at least 3 years
? Excellent root cause and problem solving skills in automotive applications
