Key Performance Areas
  The position will report directly to CN Luxury supply chain leader and this position will drive Trade compliance and efficiency projects; and work with supplier to drive operation excellence
1. Identify, lead, and manage strategic projects and set up process that drive greater alignment for Customs compliance and trade facilitation;
2. Ensure operation compliant with law, regulations and internal control requirement, Drive E2E lead time reduction, reliability improvement, and cost reduction;
3. Proactively gain an understanding of the implications of PRC customs regulations, have regular review with multi-function team, tracking SLEA execution, and update inputs;
4. Align compliance and service target with supplier and manage to ensure the performance can meet compliance and service target;
5. Work closely with Trade teams to drive improved coordination that results in greater efficiency and utilization of our customs resources;
6. Drive policy on Customs issues through risk management, self-audit, education and training, and regular alignment with Customs/Trade authorities;
7. Prepare transportation and warehousing costs forecast, and facilitate China Physical Distribution purchase to pay process

Must-Have Requirements
1.Diploma in finance and/or legal discipline
2.Minimum 5 years’ compliance experience in customs and trade related work within a global organization, able to apply technical Customs and Trade knowledge to solve complex business issues across the region
3. Proactive approach and strong command in discipline
4. Have extensive experience and working knowledge of Customs, dealing with Customs officials and a strong technical understanding of Customs Operations
5.Good connection with customs, freight forwarding operators, and customs brokerage agents
6.Strong organization development and project management and business partnership skills
7.Good command of local languages and English
