· Implements all catering and events sales action plans related to the respective local catering market segment and as outlined in the Marketing Plan.
· Actively participates in achieving the departmental goals which contribute to the catering revenue budget.
· Maximises up-selling opportunities whenever possible.
· Closely monitors accounts revenue and business production for Local Corporate Meetings, Social and Government Association segments.
· Attends promotional events (i.e. bridal shows) and promotes sales (catering and other facilities and services) for the hotel.
· Conducts site inspections with guest.

音昱养生酒店及养生诊所：拥有72间客房的酒店内部设有完整的养生平台——综合医疗评估和理疗中心、身心灵练习、教练培训和顾问咨询、水疗中心、医护水疗和正念餐饮。酒店内设有一家***国际诊所，融合先进中西方疗愈法和高端诊断设备，帮助客人改善并达到***健康状态。诊疗理念基于针对病症，同时根除健康问题诱因，尤为适合对慢性疾病的治疗。
高管教育和学习设施：高管教育和培训综合体毗邻养生酒店，内有48间精心设计的客房。旨在提供深度团体学习体验，如强化团队建设、对话和策略训练。此外，综合体内部还设有圆形剧场和会议室，极为适合举办大型活动和会议。
AITIA管理发展协会：管理发展协会（ISD）位于音昱水中天的高管教育和培训综合体内部，是一家致力于推广正念领导力和可持续性商业的组织，旨在帮助人们进行自我探索，促进个人成长，掌握企业高级管理技能，尤其专注于家族企业的管理和继承。其目的在于通过教授和交流***范例、创新思维，以及行业分享活动来推动商业的发展和成功繁荣。AITIA内部还设有家族企业学院和家之源。
服务式公寓：水中天拥有109栋服务式企业会所和87套酒店式公寓，均可享受水中天的各类项目和服务。其中，有20套酒店公寓专为有生活辅助需求的人士设计，如老人和处于康复期的人士。
水中天的整体建筑、设计和规划完美体现了音昱宗旨。独具创意而又极为便捷的环境为个人、家庭和组织提供了完美的养生项目体验。度假区的创意设计由三家国际知名建筑公司共同担纲完成。他们分别是曹慰祖领导的Tsao & McKown建筑事务所（纽约）、张永和带领的非常建筑工作室（北京/上海）以及郭锡恩与胡如珊带领的如恩设计研究室（上海）。
