Main Responsibilities:
-Take customer requests by phone, fax, email,
-Solve/Follow up this issue till the problem is solved with the support of German service center,
-Willing to pick up customer calls out-of-office hours,
-Support Service Manager on his daily works.

Qualification:
-Technical education background is required; (Bachelor or Master Level)
-Good communication skills, initiative and willing to support others work;
-Good English skills;
