？ Implement company sales plan and strategies to achieve set targets and objectives
执行公司销售战略和计划以达到预期销售目标。
？ Build and manage customer relationship, collect market information and follow up new business trend.
        建立和维护客户关系，收集市场信息和跟踪新的业务进展。
？ Selling effectiveness and call planning efficiency to maximize business opportunities with customers。
根据目标客户及已有客户基础，制定有效率的销售和拜访计划，从客户手中获得最多的业务机会。
？ Do business FMEA to confirm capacity and capability before taking the order.
业务FMEA确定产能。
？ Be familiar with quotation, cost calculation, cost breakdown and margin analysis
熟悉报价技巧，成本计算，成本明细和利润分析。
？ Coordinate with individual departments to make sure customer satisfaction in terms of quality, delivery, service and cost.
        与各个部门保持良好的合作，保证客户在质量，送货，服务和成本各方面的满意。
？ Provide market intelligence info to the management

Qualifications/任职条件(List the MINIMUM qualifications required to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.)
？ Bachelor’s degree in related discipline.
本科学历相关专业。
？ At least 4 years of sales experience in plastic part business, including infocom, automotive and other consumer electric products field is required.
至少四年以上通讯，汽车以及其它电子产品注塑方面的销售工作经验。
？ Good interpersonal, analytical, communication and presentation skills.
良好的人际交往，分析，交流和表达能力。
？ Self motivated and result oriented with strong desire to success and the ability to work independently.
能够自我激励，有明确目标，有获得成功的强烈愿望，独立工作能力强。
？ Applicants must be willing to travel
愿意出差。
？ Fluent in oral and written English.
