职位描述
? Mission:
- Provides support to the HR Manager to concentrate in the responsibility of providing quality services and support that help your customers, the employees of Atlas Copco China CR, to work at their best level and to obtain the business area's desired results.
? Major responsibilities:
- Make yearly training plan based on employee training needs collecting and analysis
- Conduct and execute each training course, ensure high quality course provided to business
- Tracking and analyze training feedback, make sure continuous improvement and close to business and employee needs
- Develop and initiate new training course from both internal training source and external vendors
- Control and manage yearly training budgets
