职位描述
The position holder will lead marketing team to provide the guidelines, to
define the sales process and related sales tools so as to optimize the sales
opportunities in the market (for both existing product and potential new
product), in terms of both sales volume as well as profitability.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide the comprehensive market information and analysis on rubber
chemical industry for both domestic and international market, including the
competitor information, customer situation, market trend, market share.
2. Define the marketing strategy.
a) Value proposition of product
b) Market segmentation (geography and key customer)
c) Brand name promotion
d) Product line strategy
3. Provide the sales tools for both domestic and export sales team, including:
Product introduction, Product Specification, MSDS (coordinate with Quality
Department) etc.
4. Lead the development of new product from commercial perspective.
a) Work with R&D to identify the opportunities for market-driven product.
b) Analysis the market situation with economic analysis.
c) Work with Finance to set the finance and sales target.
d) Key member in Gate Review Committee.
e) Set the sales tools, process for new product.
f) Drive the launch of new product and release the predefine target (both
sales and finance).
g) Work with legal to comply with regulatory requirement (e.g. REACH)
and registration of brand name.
5. Coordination with Production, Quality and R&D.
a) Streamline the sales process.
b) Align the internal/external documentation.
c) Conduct monthly sales forecast.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree or above in chemical or relevant major.
2. At least 5-7 years marketing work experience in rubber chemical/material
industry or tyre industry.
3. Strong communication skill with internal and external customers.
4. Strong conceptual thinking.
5. Target driven.
