岗位描述：

带领工程团队开发手提电脑产品
1、领导团队人员及时，准确，有效的完成公司分派的任务
2、独立带领开发团队完成新产品开发工作
3、控制并完成项目中的工程和设计工作
4、负责项目中所涉及的对外技术沟通与协调
5、协助解决产品生产中的技术问题
6、协助工程部主管制定和落实工程师的培训

任职资格：
1、最少8年机械工程领域的工作经验。
2、最少2年项目管理的工作经验。
3、具有领导能力
4、有很好的书面及口头表达能力
5、有机械工程或相关领域的学士或硕士学历
6、有良好的英语应用能力
7、具有手提电脑研发经验者优先考虑。
8、熟练运用至少以下一种工程软件：ProE; SolidWorks
9、熟练运用Microsoft Office软件
10、熟悉Fine Element Analysis (FEA), Moldflow分析, Castflow分析者优先考虑
11、熟悉有关电子部件散热设计者优先考虑

Description:

Lead a team of engineer to design laptop computers.
1) Effectively lead team members to finish assigned projects on time with accuracy.
2) Independently lead team members to develop new products.
3) Overseeing and accomplishing engineering and design work on projects
4) Coordinate inward and outward technical communication
5) Leading production problem resolution effort.
6) Assist engineering manager to develop and monitor training programs for individual staff development.

Qualifications:

1) Minimum 8 years’ of experience in related engineering fields.
2) Minimum 2 year of engineering management experience.
3) Strong leadership
4) Strong in both oral and written communications
5) Proficient with at least one of the following software packages, ProE or Solidworks.
6) Proficient with MS Office.
7) B.S. or M.S. in mechanical engineering or related fields.
8) Prior experience with laptop development is a plus
9) Good English skill is a must
10) Familiarity with Fine Element Analysis (FEA), Moldflow analysis, Castflow is a big plus.
11) Familiarity with Thermal design with respect to electronic equipment is a big plus.
